EPC4lets specialise in Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) for the National Rental Market. We have Energy Assessors working throughout the Country issuing certificates prior to the 1st October 2008 deadline. Our Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) are employed & trained by us ensuring a continued, high quality and assured service.
In addition to the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC’s) we also provide Landlord Gas Safety Certificates. Our Corgi Registered Gas Fitters are also Domestic Energy Assessor trained giving us a unique opportunity to offer Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and Landlord Gas Safety Certificate packages nationwide.
Due to the huge demand in Energy Performance Certificates, we are currently increasing our Domestic Energy Assessor workforce in Bristol, Cornwall, Manchester, Cheshire, Oxford and Yorkshire.
