Commercial Energy Performance Certificates

Since Jan 2009, Energy Performance of Building Directive (EPBD) legislation means that Commercial EPC’s are now required on the majority of Commercial buildings that are marketed for Sale or lease, See our FAQ’s for exceptions. Failure to produce an EPC at this time can result in heavy fines for the property Owner/Lease Holder.
